IMU Timetable for End Semester Examinations - December 2014

The Indian Maritime University will conduct the End Semester Theory Examinations for all PG, UG and Diploma Courses from 04.12.2014 to 06.01.2015. The Time-table of End Semester Examinations has been hosted in our IMU website.

IMU Date Sheet for End Semester Exams

The following instructions are to be strictly adhered to:

1. For conducting the above Examination, Registration will be made by the respective Nodal Officers through Online. Exam Applications will not be sent by the IMU to all the Campuses and Affiliated Colleges.

2. After “Online Exam Registration,” the Hard Copy of the Examination Application, the Proforma (Force 1,2,3) for payment of exam fees along with the Core BankingChallan must be forwarded by Registered Post directly to The Controller ofExaminations, Indian Maritime University, Uthandi, Chennai-600 119 on or before 24.11.2014. The fees once paid, under any circumstances, will neither be refunded nor carried over for the subsequent examination.

3. Applications received after the last date (24.11.2014) will not be entertained.

4. The Hall Ticket can be downloaded from the IMU website on the date to be notified

by IMU before the commencement of examination.

5. Students photograph to be uploaded while filling the Online Exam Registration.

Fee for Statement of Marks / Grade Reports shall be collected along with the

Examination Fees.

8. Consolidated Statement of Marks and Provisional Certificates will be issued to the

Final Year students who have passed all the subjects and for which fee shall be

collected from the students of final semester as indicated above.

9. All papers are to be registered compulsorily.

10. Internal Assessment and Project: All the Campuses and Affiliated Colleges shall (i)

‘Upload’ the Internal Assessment (IA) mark and (ii) to send the Hard Copies before

the commencement of Examinations on or before 30.11.2014. The Internal

Assessment Marks shall be displayed in the Notice Board before the commencement

of University Examinations.
